AI software for small businesses and creators on Instagram
Offhandly writes and publishes your Instagram posts, and you approve each one from your phone.
14 days free · no card needed · then $149 a month per account
How it works
Three steps, then it keeps your page going.
Offhandly is AI software, not an agency. It works inside your Instagram account and does the daily work; you approve it and make the calls.
Step 1
Set up in a few minutes
Describe your business and how you like to sound, then connect Instagram through its own login.
Step 2
Approve the week's posts
It writes the week's posts in one go. You approve each one from your phone — or edit it, or send it back.
Step 3
It publishes and keeps up
Approved posts go out at their planned times. On the posts it publishes, simple comments get a short reply and questions get a drafted answer for you to send.
Offhandly does
- Plans the week's posts: four a week by default, up to seven
- Writes each post in the voice you describe
- Checks each post against more than two dozen automatic rules before it goes out
- Publishes approved posts at their planned times
- Replies to simple comments, drafts answers to questions
- Writes a Sunday report to your Activity log, and sends it on Telegram if you connect it
You do
- Approve posts — edit or send back any of them
- Share photos and short clips from your phone
- Answer the comments it sends you
- Make the business decisions
Safety
Five rules it always follows.
- 01
Every post waits for your OK
Nothing is published to your page until you approve it.
- 02
Comment replies follow your settings
On the posts it publishes, simple comments like “thank you” or “love this” get a short reply within 90 minutes — switch that off any time. Questions get a drafted answer that waits for your tap.
- 03
Health, money, legal, collab and hostile comments come to you
It reads new comments on the posts it publishes for three days (up to 50 a post, not replies inside threads). Anything about health or harm, money or the law, collaboration offers, and disagreement or hostility is never answered on its own.
- 04
Instagram's own login. Never your password.
You connect through Instagram's own screen. Disconnect in one click and it stops.
- 05
Everything it does is written down
Every post, reply and check is logged in your account with the reason, so you can see what it did and why.
What we don't promise: more followers or more sales — no one honest can. What we do promise: each week's work is ready for you, and everything it does is written down where you can see it.
What you get
A page that keeps posting, without taking over your week.
A page that doesn't go quiet
Approve the week in one sitting and it posts on schedule — even in the weeks you're too busy to open Instagram.
Done from your phone
Approve, edit or send back posts wherever you are.
Posts written for your customers
It drafts who your customers probably are from your bio and recent posts, and writes for them in the voice you describe.
Comments handled while they're fresh
On the posts it publishes, simple ones get a reply within 90 minutes. The ones that need you come straight to you.

Made for the people your page is for.
It reads the page first — its bio and recent posts, and when its followers are online if Instagram provides that — and shapes each post around what it drafts from them. One made-up travel account, from what it drafted to what it made.

FAQ
Questions before you start.
Anything else: support@offhandly.com
Is it a person or software?
Software. Offhandly is AI software that works inside your Instagram account — not an agency, and no one on our side writes your posts. You approve every post it makes.
Where do the photos come from?
From you. Upload photos and clips from your phone, or let it bring in what you've already posted. With no photos, it makes text posts in your brand colours.
Will it sound like me?
You describe how you like to sound when you set up, and it writes to that. No post goes out until you approve it, and you can edit any caption or send a post back.
When does it post?
Four posts a week by default, up to seven, at the times you set — or at the best times it finds: from when your followers are online if Instagram provides that (usually from about 100 followers), otherwise from when your own posts did best, and it tells you which. You see each post's time when you approve it.
Can it get my account in trouble with Instagram?
It connects through Instagram's official API and login — the way Instagram lets outside tools connect — and never asks for your password. It only publishes posts you've approved. It does two things on its own: a short reply to simple comments (you can switch that off), and hiding comments that look like spam, such as links or “follow for follow” — hidden, not deleted, and each one listed in your Activity log.
I manage several accounts. How does pricing work?
Each Instagram account is its own $149 plan with its own login, for now.
Can I stop?
Any time. Cancel your plan from your account, and disconnect Instagram in one click. Ask, and we delete your data.
Try it on your own Instagram for 14 days.
